They are black-light reactive only, therefore the glow intensity outside the black light is non-existent, but they do look brilliant under a black light. Glow Canes: Glow canes are a pastel matte in daylight & available in green, blue & purple. Glow properties last at least 2 hours. They glow very intensely & brilliantly at first. After a while, they start to fade. Longevity of intensity varies by color & lot. These canes can be charged to glow repeatedly over a span of 15 – 25 years, with no batteries required – just light.
