Supplied with 3 solid carbon tips in 2.5mm diameter ranging from 1oz for shy biting skimmers and roach, a 1.5oz tip ideal for stillwaters and slow rivers and a 2oz tip that comes in to play on distance and waters with high tow or flow. The rod is supplied in a high quality protective sleeve. THE BTC RATING BTC rating (Butt-Tip Curve rating) is a measured test, which rates the performance power of a rod. The BTC is determined by applying weight to pull the rod tip through its natural curve to compress the rod by 1/3rd of its total length at 90° to the butt section.
