Affinium ‘S’ 10ft Feeder Rod Finesse with control is the DNA of this 10ft ‘S’ model in the Affinium Sensation range. A 2 piece rod designed for feeder fishing at short to mid range when mixed fishing is the quarry. Perfectly at home for silvers and bream fishing but with the power in reserve to handle F1s and carp. A nice softer action is what gives this rod its 170g BTC rating making the rod suitable when fishing with more refined lighter end tackle. THE BTC RATING BTC rating (Butt-Tip Curve rating) is a measured test, which rates the performance power of a rod. The BTC is determined by applying weight to pull the rod tip through its natural curve to compress the rod by 1/3rd of its total length at 90° to the butt section.
