Bought this for my (incoming) 13 year old as a secondary shirt vs. his main birthday shirt that he’ll wear day-of the party. This one is more fun but cutesy, and even though it goes up to size 16, it definitely is best for a younger age group. So, my kid will be wearing it around the house and to sleep in. To that point — he specifically said it felt really nice and comfortable, so, I guess you can’t beat that for a shirt that costs only $5. I literally just got it because it matches the colors of our birthday theme this year and it looked cool (to me, lol), for such a cheap price, why not right? But, it’s actually high quality and well-worth it.For reference also, my son is 118 lbs. and about 5’1″, a muscular size 16 (think athletic, stocky build – he’s also a football player), and the size 16 fit perfectly on him. The tag equates this to “XXL”. That might be important for somebody, as it was confusing whether the XL & 16 were about the same. In my opinion, the 16 is much bigger.One minor annoyance – the shirt was actually a dollar cheaper when I first added it to my cart, came back later to purchase and it went up a dollar, which for something like this was a significant increase. Price never went back down again so, oh well. Still happy I got it.
