Stems and springs are removable pins that insert into attachments creating rotation for the Sybian. Although your Sybian comes with 3 stems and 1 Spring, if you've lost them or they need replacing, we have you covered! White Stems keep the attachment rigidly in position and provide firm, maximum stimulation. Springs allow attachments to be flexible and provide a more gentle stimulation. Springs and stems are interchangeable.
